1. NO refund is applicable on Digital Products like games/codes/files in any condition
2. refund on physical products will be done in many payment gateways e.g, store credit,jazz cash,easy paisa and bank Transfer
3. Refund will only be issued when we will received the item/product in our warehouse
4. Instant Refund Policy will always be Followed by SUB MELEGA for our honourable Customers
5. If we found missing items/parts of the product than deduction will be imposed accordingly.
6. No VAT will be deduct during Refund
7. No Refund will be issued on damage used articles by customers
